Our Story
Adam and Chieri met while they were both attending the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder. They were both brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi, a music service fraternity, and when Chieri joined the fraternity in 2020 as a freshman Adam was assigned to be her Big Brother. Shortly after that, the COVID pandemic forced the students to go home, but when Chieri returned to the marching band and concert band in 2021, the two along with other friends started hanging out and going out for dinner after band rehearsals. Adam and Chieri started dating in the spring of 2022, but Chieri had an internship offer in North Carolina which unfortunately meant that the couple had to go through a summer of long distance relationship - which they overcame by nightly FaceTime calls! Chieri graduated from CU in 2023, and Adam graduated in 2024, and in August of 2024 the two legally got married at the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse in Denver!
Adam
Adam is a Junior Dev Ops Engineer at Comcast. He is an avid Magic the Gathering and video game player. Adam likes to play pickleball and going square dancing with Chi and other family members!
Chieri
Chieri works as a Data Scientist at Boom Supersonic, where she got to participate in flight test of XB-1 - the first civilian supersonic jet since Concorde. In her free time, Chieri enjoys sewing, baking, thrifting (or shopping in general), and designing stickers for her coworkers!
